Traveler Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visas), appropriate travel insurance, and that you meet any health requirements for your destination. You must provide accurate information during the booking process.
Group Travel Conduct: SerenEScape Travel creates inclusive spaces for Black LGBTQIA+ women and allies. All travelers agree to treat fellow group members and local communities with respect. We reserve the right to remove any traveler whose behavior jeopardizes the safety or experience of the group, without refund.
Liability: SerenEScape Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by SerenEScape Travel and may not be reproduced without permission.
Modifications: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
